The MHPSS Counsellor provides quality, confidential, and client-centered mental health and psychosocial support (MHPSS) to individuals and families affected by stress, trauma, displacement, violence, loss, and other psychosocial challenges. The role focuses on counselling, psychosocial assessment, PFA, referral, case follow-up, and community-based MHPSS activities. and ensuring smooth implementation of the project activities under the supervision of the Medical Officer-HP.

A Communication Officer who will be responsible for overall communication, documentation and knowledge management related activities of ‘maternity and Referral center, Health post, Training, humanitarian health response and others requirement of the program including content development, report writing, media communication, documentation of programme process and learnings.

The Fundraising and CSR Liaison Officer (RCLO) is responsible for identifying, developing, and securing funding opportunities to support MedGlobal Bangladesh’s humanitarian and development programs. The incumbent will proactively engage with embassies, bilateral and multilateral donors, UN agencies, Bangladesh Government funding mechanisms, private sector organizations, foundations, and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives to expand MedGlobal’s resource base.

The RCLO will establish and strengthen strategic partnerships with government agencies, NGOs, INGOs, academic institutions, private companies, chambers of commerce, philanthropic organizations, and other stakeholders to position MedGlobal as a preferred implementation partner.

The position requires strong networking, proposal development, donor intelligence, partnership building, communication, and strategic planning skills.

The Doctor's Attendant provides essential support to the Doctor and Medical Assistant by assisting with patient care, patient counselling, preparing examination rooms, and ensuring the smooth operation of clinical activities. The role involves direct interaction with patients, requiring excellent communication skills, empathy, and a strong understanding of medical protocols. She will work under the supervision of the Medical Officer-HP

The Nurse will provide safe, compassionate, and quality nursing care to patients and support the medical team in delivering preventive, curative, and emergency health services. The position requires maintaining accurate patient records, administering medications and treatments, responding to emergencies, and promoting health and hygiene within the camp/community and supporting daily business activities under the supervision of the Medical Officer-Sonologist.
